DQ Performance is a strength & conditioning coaching business run by David Quirke, based in Navan and Ashbourne, Co. Meath, Ireland. You can contact us at any time through the website at dq-performance.app or via @dq_coaching.

When you join the DQ Portugal 2027 Priority List, we collect your first name, last name, email address, mobile number (optional), how you know DQ, and your consent to receive updates.

When you submit a free consultation request, we collect the contact and training details you enter in that form so we can respond to your enquiry.

When you create a Members Area account, we store your name and email address along with the content you save there (favourite recipes, meal planner, challenge progress and personal bests).

Your details are stored securely in our website database. Access is restricted: only the site owner (David) can view the priority list, consultation requests and member records, and the database is protected so that no one else can read or change them through the website.

We do not store passwords in plain text, and we do not sell, rent or share your personal details with third parties for their own marketing.

Portugal 2027 Priority List: your details are used only to send you DQ Portugal 2027 updates, early-access information and related DQ Performance news. Joining the list is not a booking and carries no commitment.

Consultation requests: used only to contact you about your enquiry and arrange your free consultation.

Members Area: used to give you access to your account and save your preferences and progress.

We will only email you about the things you signed up for. Every update email gives you a way to stop receiving them.

You can ask for a copy of the details we hold about you at any time. Just contact David through the website or @dq_coaching and we will send you everything we have on record for you.

You can ask to be removed from the Portugal 2027 Priority List or to have your details deleted at any time — just contact David and it will be done promptly. You can also unsubscribe from update emails at any time.

If you have a Members Area account, an administrator can deactivate or delete it on request, which also removes your saved recipes, planner and challenge progress.

When the DQ Portugal 2027 trip is finished, the priority list will be reviewed and details no longer needed will be removed.

This website uses only the essential storage needed to keep you signed in to the Members Area. We do not use advertising trackers.

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page. This policy was last updated in October 2026.
